Support Schedule

Our support team is staffed with normal people who work regular business hours and take holidays and vacations from work. Support chat is available 24/7, but responses will be delayed until active support hours unless the issue is critical.

Full Support

Our support team is operating at normal capacity during our normal business hours, which are 9a-4p Eastern US, Monday through Friday.

Light Support

Minimal staffing and support is available during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday 9a-4p Eastern US.

Critical Only

Our support team is not available but an emergency team is on call for urgent critical issues only, such as a site that is down to visitors.

Next Scheduled Maintenance
