When Form Notification Emails Are Not Being Received

When your form notifications are not being received, it may be because you are trying to use your own domain as the From Address to send the form notifications and your domain has not been verified by our email sending service. To test this, change the From Address to “notifications@digitalchurchplatform.com” and run a test submission. If you receive the notification from there, but not from your own domain email account, then we need to set up domain verification for you using a DNS record. Reach out to us via chat or submit a ticket and we’ll fix you right up.
